ChiRunning app good for

Just ran my 1st marathon at 53 year old! Before ChiRunning, I never ran more than 3 miles before pain stopped me. With ChiRunning app and book I found that running long distance does not have to hurt!!!! Running can be fun joyful experience that changes your life. I am a physician and I am convinced that with ChiRunning app and book, anyone can run marathon without pain or injury. This app costs $10. Couple of burgers costs more... As a physician, I highly recommend this app and ChiRunning program.
Looking forward using this GREAT App on my Runs. It seems to have a lot of very useful features and it will be great to be able to listen to Danny on the Guided Runs. Worth every Penny!
Best running app out there. Built in metronome keeps you on cadence with focus reminders to keep the brain engaged

Some bad moments

The videos really drive home the key components of Chi Running. I have gone through them all and have taken my first run using the app. I have used other running apps and all of their features are found in this app but you also get the metronome, music integration, and Chi Running tips. It cost more than the other running apps I have purchased, but for a Chi Runner it should be a no brainer.
All the tools, all the videos, all the exercises, all the instructions in one. Fantastic!
I have practiced ChiRunning for over 4 years and this is the closest you can get to having a ChiRunning coach on demand.
Love this app! Chi Running changed everything for me, and it is so helpful to have everything I need now in one app, instead of having a separate metronome, map etc. I strongly recommend getting the book to really understand how to use this app to help with training.
Tried it for the 1st time this morning and absolutely loved it! I love that there are so many options. The videos are great and having the Form Focus reminders and metronome together kept me focused on my technique. So many options that I cant wait to go on my next run! Thanks ChiRunning for this amazing tool!
